These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and gbets ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the gbets website located at gbets.cam and all associated services, features, content, and games (collectively, the "Services").

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on gbets. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if it changes. gbets reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage, including a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to comply with a verification request within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

gbets provides an online gaming and sports betting platform offering the following categories of services to eligible registered users:

gbets reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or permanently remove any game, feature, or service from the Platform at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific games or features may vary based on technical maintenance, provider licensing, or regulatory requirements.

All games on gbets are supplied by certified third-party providers whose RNG systems are subject to independent auditing. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within the game information section of the lobby. gbets does not operate or maintain its own proprietary game engine. All game outcomes are determined independently by the respective provider's certified system.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While gbets makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, continuously available, or free from technical disruption.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbets platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or at any other point of interaction with gbets.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account for the purpose of accumulating bonuses, circumventing limits, or any other reason.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play, threshold betting, low-risk hedging strategies, or any other method designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer, poker, or sports betting markets.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise access the Platform in a non-human manner without express written permission from gbets.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a financial institution in connection with a deposit made to your gbets account. gbets reserves the right to pursue recovery of any chargeback amount and to close the associated account.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. gbets complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to your gbets account by any person under the age of 21.

gbets employs fraud detection systems and conducts ongoing monitoring of account activity. Any bets placed or winnings generated in connection with prohibited conduct may be voided without compensation.

gbets offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are available only to verified players who are 21 years of age or older.
• Each promotion is available once per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and contributing game percentages are stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Bonuses expire after the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses are forfeited upon expiry.
• gbets reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments to players who have already claimed and partially met the conditions of an existing offer.
• Any bonus claimed or wagering requirements met through gameplay that gbets determines to be in violation of these Terms may be voided at gbets' sole discretion.

All transactions on gbets are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, subject to availability and applicable limits:

• GCash (e-wallet)
• PayMaya / Maya (e-wallet)
• BPI Online Banking
• BDO Online Banking
• Metrobank Online Banking
• UnionPay (where applicable)

Deposits: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your gbets wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business hour depending on the sending institution. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. gbets does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified, including identity and payment method verification; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully met; (c) withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.

gbets reserves the right to request additional documentation in connection with any withdrawal request as part of its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified to gbets' satisfaction may be delayed or declined pending further investigation.

gbets does not charge withdrawal fees on GCash cashouts. Any fees applicable to other withdrawal methods are clearly disclosed in the cashier section of your account.

All content on the gbets Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, images, software, game presentation elements, and proprietary technology ("gbets Content"), is the intellectual property of gbets or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gbets Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any gbets Content; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on gbets Content; (c) use any gbets brand assets or trademarks without prior written permission; or (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbets and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, system error, or game error;
• Interrupted access caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment service providers;
• Decisions or outcomes in games or sports events that are beyond the control of gbets.

In the event of a technical error that results in a game round being incorrectly settled, gbets reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and refund the original stake to the player's account. gbets' total liability in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gbets' liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information by gbets is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gbets collects personal information necessary to: (a) verify your identity and age; (b) process financial transactions; (c) comply with applicable anti-money laundering and regulatory obligations; (d) deliver and improve the Services; and (e) provide customer support. gbets does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Termination by gbets: gbets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering;
• Account holder is found to be below the minimum age of 21;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a required timeframe;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, gbets reserves the right to void outstanding bonuses and withhold any winnings directly associated with the prohibited activity, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services. However, gbets reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

gbets operates in alignment with the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming platforms serving Filipino players. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or override any applicable requirement of Philippine law.

gbets reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gbets will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following means: (a) display of a notification on the Platform; (b) email notification to the registered email address of active account holders; or (c) publication of the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the gbets Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should close your account and cease using the Platform prior to the effective date of the changes.

The version of these Terms effective on the date of a specific transaction or event will govern any dispute arising from that transaction or event, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
